Ben Walls, MA, LPCMH, MT-BC

Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Mental Health Music Therapist

A Milford native, Benjamin Walls is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health and a board-certified Music Therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate challenges related to interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and self-discovery.

Ben brings a unique blend of clinical skill and creative insight to his work, grounded in the belief that lasting change can take many forms—and that therapy should be as dynamic and individualized as the people it serves. With a deep understanding that starting therapy can feel uncertain or intimidating, Ben creates a welcoming space where curiosity, openness, and a little creativity can lead to clear, achievable goals.

His background in music therapy offers a distinctive lens on healing—one that integrates physical, mental, and neurological approaches. He values the power of the creative arts as a tool for expression, connection, and emotional growth.

Outside the therapy room, Ben is all about balance. He enjoys spending time with his family, getting outside to explore nature, planning his next travel adventure, and unwinding with a good cartoon (classic or new—he’s not picky).
