Justin S. Linefsky, LCSW, CAADC
CEO and Founder/Clinical Director
A Long Island native, Justin built the foundation of his career in New York’s fast-paced and deeply layered healthcare and education systems. After earning his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University, he dove straight into clinical work at Mercy Medical Center. There, he rotated through nearly every behavioral health setting— inpatient, outpatient, and residential—gaining a 360° view of the mental health landscape and a deep appreciation for whole-person care.
While completing his Master of Social Work at Adelphi University, Justin stepped into leadership as a Quality Assurance Specialist, overseeing clinical quality and compliance for Mercy’s outpatient mental health, addiction recovery, and partial hospital programs.
In 2012, he accepted a unique opportunity with the Department of Defense and relocated to Dover, Delaware to serve as the Special Needs Coordinator and Director of the Exceptional Family Member Program at Dover Air Force Base. He continued his work supporting families and systems through a statewide Behavioral Health Consultant role, helping middle schools meet the complex clinical needs of students and staff alike.
Throughout his career, Justin has remained passionate about making mental health care practical, personalized, and approachable—without losing clinical depth.
Outside the office, Justin is a devoted husband and proud dad. He serves on the board of Camden-Wyoming Little League and spends much of his free time coaching both softball and baseball for his children. Whether he’s building therapeutic systems or coaching from the dugout, Justin leads with heart, intention, and a deep belief in community.
