Taylor is the welcoming force behind the front desk and the organizational engine that keeps Mind Mechanix LLC running smoothly. She first joined the team as an intern while completing her Associate’s degree in Human Services at Delaware Technical Community College, and quickly proved herself to be an indispensable part of the practice. Now serving as Office Manager, Taylor brings a blend of warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication to every aspect of her work.

From the first phone call to ongoing communication, Taylor leads our client intake process with compassion and clarity. Whether she's responding to emails with thoughtful care or coordinating paperwork behind the scenes, she ensures that every client feels heard, supported, and at ease.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work. Her long-term goal is to join our clinical team, where she can continue to support others while also strengthening the operational side of the practice. Her passion for helping others shines through both her academic journey and her day-to-day interactions.

When she’s not working or studying, Taylor loves to unwind by the ocean, explore classic car shows, and attend live music events. Her playlists often fill the office with upbeat energy—bringing a bit of joy and rhythm to everyone’s day.
